As we don’t currently offer advanced technical IT support, if your needs grow, we’re happy to help you find a suitable MSP (managed service provider) that will provide you with the right support you deserve.

Microsoft 365 licenses are billed monthly or annually based on your plan, and we offer flexible service packages — from one-off setups to ongoing Microsoft 365 support.

If you just need help getting started, there’s no long-term commitment except licenses. We’ll always be upfront with costs so there are no surprises.

Full IT support would mean less time helping more businesses. So instead of being "on call" we provide smart, modern setups that just work — so that means we’re always here when you really need us.

We don’t offer general IT support or full device management — we specialise in Microsoft 365 services like email setup, SharePoint, Teams, and licensing.

Most small businesses don’t need full device management, because:

• They often have a small number of devices, making manual management easier.

• Full solutions like Microsoft Intune can be expensive and overly complex for their needs.

• Basic tasks (like setting up email or securing devices with a PIN) can usually be done without a management platform.

If you’re ever unsure, we’re happy to offer guidance on Microsoft 365 related setup — but we don’t manage devices or handle broader IT infrastructure.
